We had a 2-bedroom apartment plus studio by the road. Studio was spacious, lovely comfy king size bed and adequate kitchenette to make toast, heat food in the microwave and make hot drinks. The 2-bedroom apartment was roomy, 2 levels with parents king size bed & ensuite upstairs with TV while the other bedroom was downstairs with another bathroom plus laundry. The full kitchen/living room was adequate with another TV.

Nice location. Within easy walking distance of downtown. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer was very convenient. Soaps, coffee, and tea were all available and replenished regularly. Two courtyard areas for sitting outside was pleasant.

Our unit had a great view from the private balcony. Beautiful bathroom that appeared new. Kitchen also very nice. We loved having the clothes washer and dryer. Parking was conveniently located below our unit. Well Located with a 15-20min walk into the main town area. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was large and comfortable. A heater kept the temperature warm on a night that the outside temperature dropped below freezing.

Absolutely amazing staff! That’s what I must highlight above all. They are so well trained, kind, helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. The manager especially was so attentive and willing to assist that I really can’t compare it to anywhere else. The workers here deserve an all inclusive vacation or something, at the very least. Seriously, amazing. Our stay was wonderful. The property itself was exactly as pictured and what I expected. Within a short walking distance to downtown, very clean, modern. The bathroom was especially lovely. I also liked the sheer size of the hotel room- much larger than others! With the thin walls aside (because the hotel cannot be judged on this because every building in NZ is built from cardboard), our stay was truly incredible! Highly recommend!!

The apartment was very nice, a good size, great bathroom, great kitchen, lounge area was roomy too. Bedroom was large enough, comfy bed and very clean. A big thank you to the person who serviced our room each day, we had our bed made and fresh towels, very pleasant to come back to.

We really like our stay in the property. We stayed for 3 nights and everything is perfect. The staff is really helpful with the late check in. -Parking: Besides there is free parking space for 1 or 2 bedrooms apartment. So it is very convenient we don’t need to find parking lot. -Room facility: The room is very clean and provides kitchen facilities . Washing machines and dryers are also provided. -Location: it’s close to the city center. Walking distance is about 10 mins. Good for city walking.

Very well designed apartment within walking distance of town centre. Excellent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment was very quiet and well-supplied, with housekeeping replenishing tea, coffee, laundry and dishwasher detergents every day. Very friendly staff.
